Our headquarters is in Ocean City, and our project footprint runs from Brigantine down to Stone Harbor, plus the mainland towns that feed into the barrier island market. If you own a lot, are shopping for one, or have a development project you need a licensed builder for, we probably build where you need us to!

Where We Build In South Jersey
Our service area covers most of the shore corridor in Atlantic and Cape May County. We organize our footprint into two groups: the barrier island towns where most of our custom builds and spec developments happen, and the mainland towns where we take on ground up homes, and development projects on. If your lot is in a town that isn’t on this list, reach out anyway. We take on projects outside our core footprint when the project is a fit.
